Silky in texture and unbelievably addicting, this peanut butter cheesecake dip will make any fruit fun to eat! Ready in minutes with only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons 2% or skim milk
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish
  • Fruit and graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Place cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar in a large bowl. Beat well with a handheld electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat in vanilla and just enough milk to achieve a creamy, dippable consistency.
  • Store dip in refrigerator until ready to serve. Top dip with chopped peanuts before serving and serve with fruit and graham crackers for dipping.
