Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth. Add rice cereal, oats, peanuts, flaxseeds, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips and fold until dough is just combined.
Press dough in an even layer in prepared pan. Bake bars at 350F 18-20 minutes until edges of bars are a light golden brown.
Allow bars to cool completely on a wire cooling rack. Chill bars in refrigerator 1 hour before slicing into bars (this helps keep them from crumbling apart during slicing) Enjoy!
