Peanut butter and apples are a killer combination that you won't want to miss out on in this insanely-good apple crisp! Serve warm with lots of whipped cream or ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs apples 7-8 medium peeled, and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Spread into the bottom of prepared pan. Set aside.
  • In a separate large bowl, combine all topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake apple crisp at 350F 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender and bubbly and topping is golden brown. Cool apple crisp 10 minutes then serve warm with whipped cream. Enjoy!
