Sweet blackberries and fragrant rosemary are the perfect match in these refreshing rosemary blackberry margaritas. Gorgeous cocktail choice for entertaining and so easy to make!

Instructions
Combine sugar, water, blackberries, and rosemary in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and allow to simmer 5-8 minutes, smashing berries, and stirring occasionally until berries are softened. Remove from heat and allow to steep 20 minutes.
Strain syrup through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding solids. Pour blackberry syrup, tequila, and lime juice in a shaker, fill with ice, and shake 30-60 seconds until drink is chilled.
Fill 2 salt-rimmed (or rim with sugar) serving glasses with ice and strain margarita over top. Garnish drinks with additional rosemary sprigs, blackberries, and lime wedges and serve immediately.

Storing InstructionsShaken margarita may be stored in refrigerator up to 6 days. Strain off ice before storing.
