Sautéed Lemon Garlic Asparagus

Tender asparagus is cooked on the stovetop with garlic, dill, and lots of fresh lemon in this easy sautéed lemon garlic asparagus!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice from 1 small lemon
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat pan. Add asparagus to pan and sauté 5-8 minutes until asparagus is tender. Add garlic and cook 1 additional minute until fragrant.
  • From asparagus from heat and fold in lemon zest, juice, dill, and Parmesan. Season asparagus with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm. Enjoy!
