1lbasparagus, ends trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
3medium clovesgarlic, minced
Zest and juice from 1 small lemon
2tablespoonsminced fresh dill
2tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat pan. Add asparagus to pan and sauté 5-8 minutes until asparagus is tender. Add garlic and cook 1 additional minute until fragrant.
From asparagus from heat and fold in lemon zest, juice, dill, and Parmesan. Season asparagus with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm. Enjoy!
