Place basil, spinach, pine nuts, Parmesan, and garlic in a food processor. Process pesto, while slowly drizzling olive oil through top until pesto is smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.
Season pesto with salt and pepper to taste and store in refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!
