Spread about 2 tablespoons hummus in an even layer in the center of each tortilla. Arrange spring greens, 2 slices of each cheese, 2 slices of turkey breast slices, avocado slices, and sun-dried tomatoes on top of hummus in the center of each tortilla.
Tightly roll up wraps burrito-style and slice each wrap in half for serving. Enjoy!
