Stuffed with juicy turkey slices, creamy hummus, and tangy sun-dried tomatoes, this turkey hummus wrap is the best use for leftover turkey!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • 2 cups firmly-packed spring greens mix
  • 4 slices smoked or regular gouda cheese
  • 4 slices Havarti or provolone cheese
  • 8 slices turkey breast
  • 2 medium avocados, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Spread about 2 tablespoons hummus in an even layer in the center of each tortilla. Arrange spring greens, 2 slices of each cheese, 2 slices of turkey breast slices, avocado slices, and sun-dried tomatoes on top of hummus in the center of each tortilla.
  • Tightly roll up wraps burrito-style and slice each wrap in half for serving. Enjoy!
