Ingredients
1mediumhead cauliflower, chopped into 1-inch florets
Preheat oven to 400F and lightly grease a large sheet pan. Set aside for a moment.
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, chickpeas, olive oil, za'atar seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Arrange in a single layer on prepared sheet pan.
Roast cauliflower and chickpeas at 400F 20-25 minutes until crispy and tender. Drizzle with tahini if desired and top with fresh parsley and pine nuts. Enjoy!
