Kickin’ cajun lime sweet potato chips are perfectly crisp with just the right amount of heat and cooled down with a creamy avocado dip.–just try to eat only one!
I’d rather eat like the entire plate of sweet potato chips if that’s okay. And then eat any remaining avocado dip with a spoon.
Then probably go make another batch of all of the above. ??
Sweet potatoes shouldn’t make any normal, non-food-nerd 21 year this excited, but bear with me, guys. The excitement is justified because these are freaking INSANE!!
We got super-duper crispy, super-duper SPICY Cajun lime sweet potato chips. And their lover avocado dip. I mean, all of our lover. ??
You can whip these sweet potato chips up seriously at a MOMENTS notice, y’all! Meaning of course that these should be made at approximately all moments. —->
- Toss thinly-sliced sweet potatoes with lime juice, olive oil, Cajun spice seasoning, a little salt, a little pepper. Basic seasonings, BOLD flavors.
- Bake ’em at 425F 20-25 minutes making sure to flip them over halfway through baking. Little trick to get that CRISP.
- Avocado dip is honestly the ideal sidekick to these chips. It’s insanely creamy thanks to the avocado + greek yogurt and cools down the spicy sweet potato chips!
Dip, eat, repeat. That’s all that’s left on the to-do list.
Are they snack, dinner, lunch, or midnight-fridge-raid food? I do not hold any judgement in you making it all of the above.
Just invite me over for every sweet potato chips occasion, mkay?
