- Lemon juice - Dijon mustard - Honey - Oregano - Basil - Garlic - Olive oil - Feta cheese
- Pasta - Avocado - Cherry tomatoes - Cucumber - Red onion - Roasted red peppers - Kalamata olives - Parsley
In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, mustard, honey, oregano, and basil until smooth. Gradually whisk in olive oil, whisking constantly until dressing is smooth.
In a large serving bowl, combine cooked pasta, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, roasted red peppers, feta, and parsley.
Drizzle lemon herb dressing over top and evenly toss salad to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
