- Three kinds of cheese - Fresh tomato slices and herby basil pesto - Minutes to make and incredible alongside a bowl of soup
- Ciabatta bread - Unsalted butter - Basil pesto - Mozzarella cheese - Gouda cheese - Parmesan cheese - Tomatoes
Butter each slice of bread and place on a cutting board. Spread pesto on half of slices and layer cheeses and tomato slices on top. Season tomatoes with salt and pepper.
Working in batches, cook grilled cheese in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve grilled cheese warm and enjoy!
