- Lemon - Parsley - Tahini - Pine nuts
Combine cauliflower, chickpeas, olive oil, za'atar, garlic, and lemon juice and spread in an even layer on a greased sheet pan.
Roast cauliflower at 400F 20-25 minutes until tender. Drizzle with tahini and top with parsley and toasted pine nuts. Serve warm and enjoy!
