In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, chai spice, and agave until smooth. Dip bread slices into egg mixture and coat on both sides. Cook french toast on a greased skillet over medium-high heat, about 2 minutes on each side. Keep french toast warm and set aside.
Caramelized Banana Sauce
Make the caramelized bananas: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter then whisk in sugar, and agave. Bring sauce to a simmer and stir occasionally until thickened and golden. Reduce heat to medium and add cream, salt, and bananas to sauce, stirring until coated. Remove from heat.
