Pumpkin, bananas and plenty of fall spices come together in these thick ‘n’ creamy milkshakes.—All you’ll need is a few ingredients for these super fall sippers!
I know. The title might sound kinda iffy to you, but PUH-LEEZE bear with me and trust me on this one.
You’ll be glad you did.
So these milkshakes—I know the combo of ingredients might sound kinda weird to you. Pumpkin AND bananas? In a milkshake? Yes. Guys, these milkshakes. They freaking ROCK.
They taste amazing, they LOOK amazing, and they’re healthy. Oh, heck yes.
Let’s do this.
I feel that the first “official” day of fall is an excellent day for pumpkin milkshakes.
Oh c’mon let’s be honest here: ANY day is a good day for pumpkin milkshakes. #truth. 😀
So do y’all know my Skinny Peanut Butter Banana Milkshakes? They’re one of the most popular recipes on my blog, and for a good reason too: They’re epic.—Cold, creamy milkshake HEAVEN.
Today’s milkshake is a spin-off of that one—Simply because I’m not one to give up my milkshakes just because we’ve moved into fall.
Instead, I’ll just omit the peanut butter, throw in some pumpkin ‘n’ spices, then just cuddle up with a blanket while I sip away at my freezing-cold but oh-so-worth it milkshake.
Some things are worth melting freezing for. (QUICK–NAME THAT MOVIE)
So you may be wondering: How are these awesome sippers HEALTHY? Well, the fact that they don’t even have any ice cream in ’em might have something to do with it….
Yes, it’s true. Frozen bananas when pureed with milk, pumpkin and other amazing stuff transforms into a thick ice-creamy milk-shake.—It’s like magic.
And it tastes ALMOST exactly like the real thing. Your tastebuds won’t be any the wiser. 😉
Neither will the kiddos who tend to go NUTS-O over this golden stuff. (or at least that’s the case in this house)
Or even just Sarah, who has a tremendous/ridiculous obsession with banana milkshakes.
Throw in some pumpkin and fall-ish spices? I die and go to milkshake heaven.
These banana pumpkin spice milkshakes are what fall dreams are MADE out of. You should kinda try ’em. TODAY.
I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the First Day of Autumn. 😀
Sip away and happy Tuesday my friends!

Some people think that the combination of bananas and pumpkin is crazy – but I think that those people are bananas themselves! It’s the best, and you are my evidence 😀
