The moistest, fudgy brownies you will ever have in your LIFE! They mix up so fast in one bowl and the mocha glaze on top is life-changing!
The Friday to end all Fridays….would definitely be the one where I share the most life-changing-est brownies ever.
Ever, ever, e-v-e-r.
Need I even mention that these fudgy brownies are covering ALL the basics?? We’ve got chocolate x1000 + coffee + the fudgiest textures.
I need approximately 35 of these for breakfast noooooooow. Don’t judge me.
Honestly guys, there’s not a whole lot involved in making the best fudgy brownies of your life. Literally, you probably have all the ingredients hanging out in your pantry right now so you have no excuse not to make these NOW!
Two things though that you absolutely should not ignore when it comes to best-ever brownie making >>>
One. Underbake ’em!! Literally, when in doubt go for under-done. The best way for me to judge this is to do the toothpick test and look for moist crumbs sticking to the toothpick. If the toothpick comes out with gooey batter, let ’em chill in the oven a little bit longer. If it comes out clean…well, the kiddos can have that batch.
Two. GLAZE!! It’s the game-changer and much-needed addition to a dang good brownie. I use a simple powdered sugar glaze for this one and bump up the flavors with cocoa + vanilla extract + a little brewed espresso. Whoaa…
You will demolish all of these insanely fudgy brownies, you guys. Make no mistake about it. They won’t last the day.
And if they do…well, you have an insane amount of self-control and I’m not jealous about that.
Go forth and have a brownie-filled weekend!!

One bowl brownies are always a weakness of mine, especially when they’re fudgy! These mocha glazed ones look so good, Sarah. I know I would loose ALL self-control around them!

Is it ok to substitute white all purpose flour in your recipes? I never use wheat flour. And for the espresso, I don’t have an espresso machine. Can I substitute strong regular coffee? Would it taste just as good? Thank you
Sarah says
White all-purpose flour and strong regular coffee would both be fine substitutes!
