Is it a dinner? Is it an appetizer? These steak bites are literally WHATEVER the heck you want them to be. You can totally eat them straight outta the pan with mashed potatoes or set ’em on a pretty platter for a bomb football Sunday app.

Midnight snacks are obviously not ruled out either. They are in fact HIGHLY encouraged.

You won’t even need to run to the store to grab ingredients for these honey lime steak bites because they really are THAT simple to throw together at a moment’s notice. Just a cheap cut of steak, a few limes, a squeeze of honey, garlic, etc.

The marinade we’re gonna soak these steak bites in is absolutely a NECESSITY. It makes the beef incredibly tender and enhances the limey garlicky flavors. 1-2 hours of marinating and you’re good to go.

The sauce that covers these little gems is literally liquid gold. It’s tangy from the lime juice, it’s slightly sweet from the honey, and incredibly flavorful from the garlic. ANY extras of the sauce should just automatically be used as a steak dipper. You want as much of this sauce as possible.

No lie, this steak is seriously SO unbelievably tender and the sauce is literally the most heavenly thing on earth. You’re gonna be popping these straight from the pan with zero shame.

Either that or face planting. Either/or works.
