Dark chocolate mousse and a luscious red wine raspberry sauce are a match made in heaven in this stunner dessert. Perfect for a romantic dessert or whenever that chocolate craving hits!
When chocolate, fruit, and WINE collide…….you get just about the best combination of dessert things possible.
It’s just one heck of a dessert that even despite the romantic feel about it…..I’m just kinda not feeling sharing this with my significant other. Maybe next time, Jason.
Chocolate and raspberries is definitely one of my top dessert combos in the world, but c’mon, throwing freaking WINE into the party?? What choco/raspberry party wouldn’t be improved?
It’s wine, y’all. It brings the fun.
So let me lay it all out there for ya: We’ve got dark chocolate mousse which is rich, creamy, silky, and just about the most dangerous thing you could ever have lying around.
Multiply that risk factor by 1000 when you throw a red wine raspberry sauce into the party. And pile the whole thing with powdered sugar and chocolate shavings.
Yeeeees, those two pretty dishes are all mine mine mine.
Again, this is typically the type of dessert you’d share with your other half buuuuuuuut…..who’s to say it ever even existed? Be stealthy if you gotta.
Also, invite me over.
