Blend up this frozen peach margarita in minutes with only a handful of ingredients! Serve them ice cold with a spicy tajin or salty rim.
It’s not Cinco de Mayo unless margaritas are invited to the party!
In all their fruity, tequila, spicy tajin-rimmed glory. We’re going big or going home today.
You know these margs are good because I’m typically team marg-on-the-rocks over frozen, but these peachy queens are absolutely changing my mind.
My absolute favorite part about these margaritas is that you can customize them so many ways! Don’t like tequila? Use a different liquor! Peaches not your thing? Any frozen fruit works great here.
Let’s get this margarita party started already, shall we?

Choosing Your Peaches
I recommend going with a bag of frozen sliced peaches for this recipe because you don’t need to mess around with slicing peaches or freezing them. Just throw the frozen peaches straight from the freezer into the blender and you’re good to go!
If you would like to use fresh peaches for this recipe, I recommend removing the skin/pit, thinly slicing, and freezing in a single layer until solid before proceeding with recipe.
Tips for Perfect Margaritas
- Use frozen peaches – using frozen fruit cuts down on the amount of ice needed which gives these margaritas a strong fruity flavor.
- Freshly squeeze limes – fresh lime juice adds incredible flavor to the margarita.
- Go for a high-quality tequila – trust me, as tempting as cheap tequila might seem for something like this, splurge a little bit for a higher quality – it’ll make a better drink!
- Rim glasses for serving – I personally love the spicy tajin rim best, but you can also do a salt or sugar rim.
Recipe Variations
Try these ideas for a different twist on this recipe.
- Make it alcohol-free – replace the peach and orange liqueurs with orange juice. Replace the tequila with coconut water or another fruit juice.
- Use a different fruit – try frozen pineapple, mango, or melon in place of the peaches.
- Use a different liquor – try rum or vodka in place of the tequila.
Freezing Margaritas
You can make this margarita ahead of time and store it in the freezer for easy storing later! Blend margarita per recipe instructions and pour into a freezer-safe container, leaving 1-inch of open air on top. Freeze margarita up to 1 month.
When ready to serve, remove margarita from freezer and allow to soften 15-20 minutes before serving. Alternatively, you can throw it back in the blender with a few splashes of fruit juice to return it to slushy form quickly.
Once you start sipping these refreshing margs, you just won’t be able to stop! The sweet peach flavor is absolutely fire with the smoky tequila and fresh lime while the touch of orange liqueur rounds everything out.
Now onto the important question: what Mexican food are pairing alongside your marg??
