Made with only a handful of ingredients in five minutes, this festive espresso martini is the perfect cocktail for any coffee-lover!
Guys, 2016. TOMORROW! How is this even happening??
All I know is that the last day of 2015 is SO calling for a martini. Two one for me and one for you. With a side of espresso, chocolate, and caramel um, of course!
Also, I’m in total denial right now. 2015 could not possibly be over, tomorrow is just not the first day of January, and I think I need another espresso martini to handle this ridiculousness.
And more cookies. I’m frantically eating them all while I still can. Salad is tomorrow.
Today is booze, coffee, caramel, and coffee because New Years Eve holds no regrets.
Guys, I don’t share boozy stuff too often with y’all because A: I’m only 18 and obviously underage. And B: Because I’m kind of a small-ish person and can only handle so much. Yes, I’m a wimp and proud of it.
I much prefer coffee over booze anyway. You can drink it ANYTIME and all the time. You guys know me so well. 😀
BUT! My mom loves both equally and I love making mixed drinks for the fam, plus I just REALLY needed an excuse to use my newest baby. So espresso martini happened.
And I miiiiight be a little obsessed and in love. Those teeny-tiny sips told me so.
My mom can testify that the larger sips in large martini glasses were even better. 😉
Can I please just say that you HAVE to make this martini TONIGHT?? It’s seriously so easy you can literally throw it together at a moments notice for a last-minute party cocktail and I guarantee you’ll have all five ingredients in the house!
Also, doubling the batch might be a good idea if you’re cocktailin’ for a crowd. 😉
I won’t tell if the first martini mysteriously vanishes before it even leaves the kitchen if ya know what I mean.
Chocolate, caramel, and espresso + booze. The quadruple threat to be reckoned with. Plus the sugary rims? All the yep, yep, YEPS! Do it.
These martinis are totally like the naughty version of iced mochas and my family is officially obsessed.
And did I mention you absolutely HAVE to make them tonight?? They make for very merry New Years Eve festivities.
And on that note, I will see you tomorrow. And yes, I’ll admit, with salad.

Take out the cream and add in some coffee ice cubes and you’ve got the flip side drink when
you’re by the pool during this steamy summer!

Love the sound of that, Meredith!! 🙂
